Why to use a Certified Process Server?
It is thought by many that the only entity that is authorized to serve process is the local Sheriff.  This is not the case and many Sheriffs departments welcome the idea of Professional Process Servers to avoid overload within their departments.  Additionally, services provided by the professional server extend far beyond the scope of what can normally expected. 
Additional services may include a priority service, special attention, document filings and a complete understanding of local laws pertaining to the service of process.  This can be very much appreciated by out of State attorneys or the new litigator.
